I miss Helene so much. Best tutor I've ever had! She doesn't take this class anymore unfortunately, so I can't promise you'll have such a pure and wonderful human teaching you. Peter however is a pretty stable fixture. Don't let him growl at you too much, and don't be afraid to ask him questions. He'll tear you up if you do something dumb with the your files or the equipment, but I suspect he's secretly a total softie. No exams, but some pretty time-consuming assessments. Plan very, very carefully and start early, or else you'll be totally screwed. On the other hand, there's nothing quite like a room of sympathetic, panicking radio students all trying to desperately get their editing done the night before a big assessment is due. You'll make friends like nothing else in this class, and working as a team to put on a legit radio show in this unit was one of my best experiences at uni.

Helene is the best! lectures are not typical lectures and are run like a radio show which is a nice change. No Major essay or final exam which is great however there are two assignments that are blocked quite close together so time management is super important in this subject especially when it comes to booking equipment. Very hands on practical subject and interactive fun class environment. Last assessment is the best. Putting on your own radio show was so much fun and definitely nothing like sitting an exam
