Content was interesting, but I felt that there was little to no guidance in regards to assessments, especially for someone not from the major. It might have been because of my tutor, who did not seem familiar with academic structure at all. He was an industry professional who gave great advice on how to work your script into the context of the big screen, but when I asked for advice on how to actually go about structuring a Script Outline, and Script, he referred me to the iLearn folder (of which there was none for documentary structure). Might be good for the tutors to undergo as least a quick course on how academic structure works.

engaging and fun unit which asked the student to channel their inner scriptwriter, it was my first class regarding scriptwriting but it wasn't that hard to navigate, there was about 20 people in my class, which was nice, it allowed everyone to become familiar with each other and everyone's ideas, overall 4/5 stars, highly enjoyable

Really enjoyed this unit, it helped me be more creative and be open to my ideas as well as the ideas of others. It was a good experience writing my first script.

A fun and challenging class that is so different than all my other classes. It is so good to think outside the box and not write essays!
