This is definitely my favourite subject. The convenors were really passionate about what they were teaching, they had practical examples which were interesting and helpful, and they brought in some experts from the field. It was also run as a block unit, so there was eventually an end to the readings. Do this if you're interested in trial advocacy technique, but also if you're interested in human rights and social justice. I learned so much and it has really helped in other subjects, including LAWS398.
