To be sincere i find anything legal related to be very simple. This subject was one of the many law subjects that I have found to be very direct despite numerous complains from my fellow students. All I can say is that it requires concentration and lecture attendance

Subject was very interesting and the assignment tasks were able to be planned and executed well in advance. Class participation was well established with interesting discussions. Highly recommend the subject for anyone with interest in the area. Only downside with this subject is that there was no central textbook to follow, all the readings were individual journal articles. Would benefit from having a central textbook.
