I enjoyed this lecture. The lecturer (troy) was very engaging and knew his stuff. He was also my tutor and I found him helpful and really cared about pushing us to get the most out of it. I suppose on improvement on the subject could be more detail to assignments...but other than that I would recommended anyone who has an interest in business to do this subject as it is informative and interesting

Murray - the lecturer was very entertaining and made subject content as interesting as he could. Group work however made everything difficult as we could not change groups at all for each assessment. Not to mention tutor biasness which made marking standards inconsistent.

Because it is an interesting subject, it makes it easy to get high marks

Not even the great lecturer could make this unit engaging. 0/10 for excitingness, 2/10 for content, 10/10 for attractive lecturer.

The unit was a little dry at times however its easy to get a good mark in it. However, the lecturer doesn't record the lectures.

The lecturer (Troy) definitely knows his stuff and has great communication abilities. However I rated this subject 1/5 due to the extremely poor design of the assessments in which all of them are pretty much group based. If you happen to end up a poor group, your pretty much screwed as the internal assessments are weighted 60% and you can pretty much only grab a credit. Also there are some stupid activities in the tutorials, the unit convenor should design the tutorial program better!

When i did this subject, it was a bit dull of a subject. There's too much info! There needs to be more different types of assessments with less weighting that could engage students more. There's no echo recordings, but even if you go to the lectures it gets a bit boring (that's what i think, though) :l

Not the best unit. Lecturer doesn't record them for Echo to force higher attendance, which removes a useful tool. Otherwise, he seems decent though. Kind of a dry subject, very content driven. Tutor wasn't very responsive to emails. Marking standards were strange, especially for the debate, pretty much everyone got the same mark. Group report was not fun. Mason Theatre was nice though.
