Good unit with fantastic tutors. Heidi and Amy are incredible. The lecture series is really interesting and quizzes are easy to do well in. HOWEVER! PLEASE STUDY FOR THE FINAL. The final is much harder than any of the quizzes. Remember the pathophysiology, the cell types and every small detail because they are all assessed. But, despite this, it is a great unit and everyone who runs it is fabulous. I felt very supported along the way and there was lots of help when needed. I recommend this unit to everyone interested in health or medicine - even if you just need to fill up an elective.

Very content heavy but the tutors and lecturers are absolutely amazing. Really good at helping you along. Such a great base for anyone doing health-related things. Can feel like a lot to memorize to start with, but the semester becomes more explain-y and less memorize-y as it goes along. Have even referred back to the content of this subject to help in real-life healthcare work. Tutorials are fun if you get into it and do your prep before.
