I did enjoy this unit - I have no background of study in gender or criminology, so I personally found it a little bit of a challenge to wrap my head around some of the concepts, but I found it really interesting. We covered a lot of material and that was great, every subject linked in with another and the assessments weren't too overbearing. Would recommend!

This was surprisingly such a good subject. As a gender major (with no interest in crim) i was pleasantly surprised with how accessible the material was. Judy was fantastic as always :)

This is a great elective subject for those doing criminology, relates well the some theories discussed in criminology units. The class discussions are great, and it is a good and easy unit provided you listen and take notes ate lectures, along with completing the readings. The quizzes for this subject are a little more difficult than Gen110 but still enjoyable and very beneficial! Essays and summaries were both also an enjoyable assignment to complete!
