Challenging unit as there are lot of content but omg, Hope is just the best lecturer ever! He is not just a good lecturer but really wants student to succeed! My tutor was the worst though, hope he doesn't work there anymore, so rude and unprofessional

Subject is not that difficult to understand as the contents does not require complex calculations and are usually straight-forward. However, there are numerous contents to cover and it's definitely not a subject that you can cram in a single day. I would advise to start revising the unit at least 2 weeks before exams as minimum.

I did not find the lectures or tutorials all that useful, I mainly taught myself with the use of the very expensive textbooks - the study manual textbook is very useful, some of the practice questions were in the final exam - you can bring in the legislation textbook and have a two page cheat sheet to the exam, which is very useful

Content heavy, and you can't study for the whole course at the last min. If you start to fall behind, get help (i.e. consultation with your tutors) right away. They can only help you if you ask them questions

Very challenging subject but incredibly practical. Make sure you have all the textbooks.
