The biggest joke of a unit!!! They decided to change it up this semester with a new textbook, new convenor, new assessment. The assessment that you were individually marked on was dependant on other students' participation. So it never worked. No information or tutorial was given on how to set up or navigate a "wiki" and one student who did her undergrad at MQU had to teach the class how to do it! Fantastic tutor in Malcolm! Another student had to contact another law faculty professor to get them to contact the convenor to put up our exam question when it was scheduled to be put up...not on!!! Worst unit ever!

Great unit, well put together, really knowledgeable lecturer.

Interesting and well organized content, but the unit co-ordinator is reluctant to engage with students, and constantly pleads overwork.

Great law subject, especially if your interested what happens on a global scale in the legal realm.
