5 Gymnasium Road (Astronomical Observatory)

Description

Located at the far side of campus, the other side of the lake, the observatory is about a 10-15 minute walk from central campus. It is close to North 3 Parking for those who want to park close. The observatory hosts a range of events (check out link) and are open to the public on Friday and Saturday evenings for a Night Sky Discovery (looking at a range of celestial objects). Domes host 12" and 16" telescopes and there are also other smaller telescopes available.
