Lecture notes were totally changed from this semester, which has lots of bugs that make it difficult to follow through. The quality of lecture slides and teaching are totally crappy. Don't follow their indicated textbook, you will never understand the concept well. My suggestion is to follow the traditional control theory textbook and understand all the content. Then go back to see the lecture notes, you will find out what they want to express. Assignments are pretty easy to score high marks. Exams are moderate.
