I personally loved the content of this subject. Loved the Melbourne lecturer (Kunle), very concise and straightforward- will not waste your time. He's a great tutor as well. It is essential to read the textbook alongside the classes and take notes. The lectures follow the timeline of the textbook too. To do well in this subject, it is crucial to break down every single topic and have regard towards every single element within- even things most people would look over as they can be considered to be of common sense. Have cases to support every rule and you'll go through this subject swimmingly.

Absolutely loathed this unit, however I know that is a requirement to complete a law degree. Just did not enjoy my tut teacher and found the content very bland and difficult to apply.

It was a while ago now that I did this unit, but I remember really enjoying it. The lecturer and tutor that I had at the time were both really good and easy to follow. It is all set out very well unlike some of the other law units.

This unit was difficult as it was a unit I studied in the first semester of university. There was so much readings and questions where it was a little overwhelming due to completing other units at the same time, however with an organised schedule and a good balance, will definitely make this unit easier to comprehend.

Very easy to follow as each week is structured and follows the structure of the text book. Loved the lecturer and tutor!

Lectures improved throughout semester, but overall did not need to be attended if reading had been done. The contract staff were very helpful in regards to exams and assistance on assignments.
