This is a really interesting unit that will assist in understanding other concepts of Law such as topics discussed in the Criminal Law 2 unit. It is very philosophical based which is crucial to develop critical thinking skills. The assessment questions were intriguing and allowed me, as a student, to expand my knowledge and to research something I find interesting.
