This unit is now called History in 4D. Unfortunately a very interesting concept for a unit that was completely mishandled. The most offensive lecture was when two library staff decided to lecture us on how to use google. I was horrified. The assignments were exactly the same “create a way to reimagine a location in the national trust portfolio” Once as a solo essay and once as a group presentation. The excursions were good and taught me a bit. Unfortunately this class is compulsory and instead of one UC doing deep dives, instead has a UC and many guest lecturers who are less engaging & often repeat concepts I learned in previous classes. Good luck, it’s not a hard class but it is a slog
