Very good unit!! Bonnie is amazing and makes a real effort to get to know everyone individually. The content is fast paced but easy to keep up with if you go to all the classes. If you did FREN1401 you'll find this easy as it builds on what was learnt 1st semester. Instead of a role play like stated in the previous review there is now a 3min speaking assessment where you film yourself and upload it where only the UC can see. It is very easy to get a HD and the exam is easy and similar to FREN1401's exam

If you are someone who found French 1401 easy and managed to get a HD (or D) with minimal efforts then you will find this unit totally easy too. You can easily ace your way through, very good tutors ( though Tristan isn't one of them, how sad). Very easy exam, not as easy as French 1401 but still can get a HD with a bit of studying. There is a role play at week 13, easy again, just have to find a good partner to do it with you.
