extremely difficult. WAM anchor. Also, exam (now in person and closed book) was tricky, and based on memorisation rather than understanding. seriously the worst course ive taken due to its difficulty and final exam. also, if youre not a quick learner - good luck...

Easy final exam as you are given a list of sample SAQs so if you prepare well you are almost guaranteed a HD in the final (worth 50% overall). However, if you don't like learning theory and animal studies, stay away.

Mixed feelings about the subject - poor feedback given regarding the tutorial quizzes and the major essay was difficult. Content wise there is a mix of theory and formulas. However, possible SAQs are provided for the final exam which ensures a high final exam mark if prepared well.

This is one of the best courses I have ever done. The content is very in-depth but what do expect from third year subjects? The course is run extremely well. Topics are very interesting and contribute to any further study you wish to pursue in learning and behaviour. There are no stats in the course. There is one mathematical component that is quite simple. I highly recommend this subject!

Yes, hard very theoretical subject but really interesting and essential if you want to do anything to do with learning. Lotsa study but worth it.

Avoid at all costs if you hate stats. A lot of the content is very dry, you have been warned.
