I did this course in my LLB 1/2 year as part of the acceleration after transferring. Overall, the course required a higher level of thinking (imo) than Torts. The course material was overall challenging, but answering the questions had a clear structure that made achieving reasonable marks possible without extensive effort.

While the subject is useful to understand the separation of powers, constitutional principles etc. It gives you content throughout the semester without any practice problem questions, then suddenly in the exam you're expected to produce answers to questions you were never trained for.
