Bad lecturers, poor explanations, tutorials and labs don't help, usual chemistry rubbish of not uploading resources

Unreasonably difficult, full of extremely abstract and seemingly random concepts that are not explained well (if at all), the unit itself is not taught well, tutorials do not help (like labs they are increasingly independent of the actual lecture material now), abysmal lecturers

It's actually not that hard. As long as you keep up to date with lectures and be brave to ask for clarification of certain concepts you will do well. It's what I did (:
