This unit was a difficult one in terms of the workload each week, however apart from that I did find myself quite immersed into the content, which gave so much depth into diseases of the ageing population and how we as health professionals can work with the population effectively

BIOS1173 examines the disease processes and other physical health issues, which are important as people age. There will be in-depth consideration common diseases of the aged, prevention, treatment and residual disability. Topics are not covered in the detail.
