This is definitely an interesting course as it covers something that is relevant if you engage in commercial legal practice, by looking at the law surrounding a dispute with a foreign element - such as suing another firm overseas. Do be warned that exams are very intense as there are 4 questions to answer in a 2 hour exam (which can be a combination of problem situations or essay)
