Required resources do not assist in understanding the course material, but the textbook follows the lecture slides closely. The lecturer goes out of her way to ensure lectures are not recorded, which is ridiculous as the majority of the lectures are case summaries or principles which she talks through either very slowly or rushed. Pre-readings are essential to understanding the content.

The course is structured relatively well in the learning guide but theres too large a focus on native title and she often didn't get the lectures finished and rushed through parts because she was too slow on others.
