A pretty good introduction to a range of information systems coursework. Some of it is particularly dull and slow moving. Once you get into the relational database stuff and SQL it's more interesting. As with most first year courses, it's particularly dense with content, so there's a lot to study for and remember. Some people think it's a bludge subject. That probably depends on what kind of grade you want and what your other courses are. The final exam was quite a bit tougher than the other assessment and was heavily weighted towards SQL in my semester.
