I’m Emma, a University of Sydney graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce and Biomedical Engineering (majors in Economics and Finance), and I’ve recently completed my Doctor of Medicine (MD) at USYD. I’ve been tutoring for over six years and currently work as a senior tutor for both St Andrew’s College and the Indigenous Tutoring Assistance Scheme (ITAS).
My approach is structured yet flexible, I focus on building understanding from first principles and tailoring sessions to each student’s learning style and goals. I aim to make complex topics clear and manageable, and for most subjects I teach, I provide comprehensive notes and resources I’ve developed over the years.
I offer tutoring in a range of subjects across high school and university levels, including Economics, Commerce, Mathematics, Science, and GAMSAT preparation.
Tutoring is available via Zoom, at the university, or can travel to you - whichever is most convenient.
Rates: $65/hour or $120 for two hours.
