USYD Engineering Tutor Zhi Yan

Hi there, I am Zhi Yan. Actually, I graduated from the University of Cambridge in UK, currently working part-time at the University of Sydney. But there wasn't an option for me when I signed up so I was forced to say I graduated here. Anyway, like most people here, first class in both Bachelor's and Master's in Chemical Engineering, 1 year of experience in teaching Maths, Physics and Chemistry, specialise in university admission tests and interviews. Like most people who signed up too, I am quite friendly if you do your work, and would be disappointed but still friendly if you don't. My teaching style is I will ask some ChatGPT questions that are quite hard to answer to stimulate your independent thinking, as you won't find them anywhere. This kind of method is well-liked by most of my students, as you do some active learning, but your brain will be quite tired shortly after. Price is negotiable, prefer online but in-person is possible if not too far (need some transportation fee maybe extra $15). $50 is for 1 on 1 class, group class would be around $30 per person (max 3 people I suppose).
