UQ Law Tutor Ben
I was admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2023, after completing a Bachelor of Laws (CQU, Distinction) and a Master of Laws (UQ, Dean’s Commendation for Academic Excellence).
Prior to my admission, I spent more than 25 years working in employment law and workplace relations, including discrimination, safety, insurance, and workers’ compensation.
I am available to tutor remotely in a variety of subjects, including contract, torts, equity and trusts, jurisprudence, administrative law, employment law, corporate law, evidence, alternative dispute resolution, public international law, human rights, and constitutional law.
I also focus fairly heavily on assisting students with effective study techniques, assignment research and structuring, and exam preparation.
