Hi, my name is Kiana! I’m a second-year medical student at Monash University. The goal of my tutoring sessions is to help students master the Multiple Mini Interviews (MMIs) through dedicated practice and guidance. Beyond providing feedback on the content of their answers, I also offer insights on tone, language, and body expressions, which are crucial for making a positive impression on the examiners. Additionally, I teach students how to understand the subtleties of the interviews and read the examiners' perspectives to excel even with unfamiliar questions. I have developed an extensive MMI question bank featuring over 300 questions and model answers covering Medical Ethics, Public Health, Indigenous Health, Personal Stations, Rural Health, De-technilisation, and a variety of unique question types such as puzzles, videos, and image-based stations. This rich resource is provided to all my students to aid in their preparation.
