All my life I have loved learning, I’ve wanted to know how things work, and I have wanted to share that knowledge with others! My experience tutoring began when I was in grade school and I was assigned to tutor other grade school students in reading, composition, mathematics, spelling, and science. Throughout junior high and high school I continued to tutor others at my grade level and below in these same subjects and additionally foreign languages, social studies, government, and economics.
I love to tutor because I love sharing my passion for learning with others and I love helping others succeed in school! For each of the subjects I tutor, I have relevant classroom and work/practical experience. Additionally, I have deep cross-cultural experience that includes four years living, teaching, and working in Brazil (cities of Sorocaba, Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Brasilia); eight months living, teaching, and working in Manila, The Philippines; and several years working with and training team members from Japan, Singapore, Korea, Indonesia, India, Munich, Helsinki, Dublin, and Mexico.
