I am currently studying a Bachelor or Property and Real Estate at Deaking University Online. I reside in QLD, though I am happy to do zoom calls etc too. Although I study part time, and have been studying for 2 years, I am a high performing student with my grades being D average. My knowledge is practised not only in a University Environment, but also in the workplace as I am employed in the property industry directing large projects.
I enjoy taking a hands on approach to tutoring, really breaking down problems step by step SIMPLY. I have always found although some problems seem complex, when we break it down, the steps are simple.
I am proficient in Economics and Finance, and excel in all property related subjects.
I would prefer to do 2 hour session as its hard to really get a roll in an hour, so more time the better, and happy to negotiate hourly rate depending on hours and frequency etc.
