Set of tasks are well made, going from easy to difficult, portfolio-based learning is nice, you can work on your own speed. Tutors are helpful, and there is programming help desk which runs every week day. Can drop in and ask for help anytime, any task. I (Dung Lai, 101467732) do tutoring this subject for money. I got 100 semester 1 2017, this is my final project https://commons.swinburne.edu.au/items/0baddc62-87fe-434b-abcc-ceba6cbd84ec/1/

Be prepared to struggle if you have no background in Programming. You're at a huge disadvantage, which you wouldn't expect with introduction in the title. There is a huge workload that comes along with the unit and if you want to get more than a Pass you are required to complete additional tasks.
