Reviews

I found this class to be very interesting and quite easy to understand, given I had no prior experience with law subjects. This course provided an excellent introductory experience, and the lecturer (Michele Ruyters) is very knowledgeable.

The lectures were really interesting and this course was not near as difficult as I assumed it would be. However, you end up really put on the spot in tutorials and as an anxious student this made me extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, getting a response on the discussion board was unheard of. Questions about assignments were left unanswered throughout the entire semester. I also know students tried to get in contact with the lecturer but received no response. I would recommend this course for its content but I would not recommend it for its teaching team at all.

The tutorial discussions in this subject were interesting and fun, as were the pre-lecture readings. A lot of important and relevant discussions to the state of things in the US at the moment and the potential implications for the rest of the world.
