Great subject! Very similar to the information I had already learned in Psychology however the lecturer seemed to know this and breezed through these parts keeping students engaged.

A lot of interesting and informative theory is covered. The structure and instructions for the case study could be improved but at least it some what prepared you for the exam which included a case study question but more complex than the assignment. Practice the format for the ethical question as this would help. Overall, very enjoyable and the lecturer and tutor easy to work with.

Very good intro to organisational behaviour. Assignment is challenging. I still use a lot of the topics in my third year hr subjects.
