Definitely need to keep on top of the work in this subject and remember it for equity!

This subject provides a pretty good understanding of contracts, and forces students to engage in class discussions, so my advice would be to definitely read the weekly material and do the questions prior to tutorials. I found it quite unsettling that there was no weekly lecture for the subject at first, as it meant I would have to do work on my own in order to find an understanding of contract law.
