Was previously DXB402. There are two assessments: one is like a journal which you just add to weekly - was the bane of my existance (would definitely recommend against procrastination here). Second assessment is with a partner, which was fun (depends on your partner) you have to analyse 'touchpoints' of businesses that are in the same field - this was okay to do however you have to come up with code words for each touchpoint (this can be like website, app, cashier etc) and it becomes lengthy, definitely do not procrastinate!
