The primary intentions of this unit are to familiarise students to Revit & teach them how to draft in it. Although this is an excellent course to offer students, unfortunately, it lacks in good execution. While tutors provided have had experience in practice and know drafting standards, unfortunately, most have little to no experience in using Revit for these purposes. This sees many students relying on online tutorials, such as Lynda.com to provide them with introductory lessons instead. It cannot be emphasised how important it is for students to be comfortably introduced to this program by an experienced tutor.
