It can be a pretty dull subject at times because there is a lot of terminology and theory and not a whole lot of practical stuff. Doing it in combination with STAT1070 is a good idea as you get to actually put the research methods to practice in STAT1070 that you learn in PSYC1000.

PSYC1000 is pretty heavy in terms of content and terminology so you have to work hard at this right from Week 1. Really good base for research subjects.
