Looking to get your brand new student card? Or perhaps pick up a parking permit? Or maybe you're having trouble enrolling for the first time and you just need a helping hand. Never fear, the warriors in blue are here! The Shortland hub is a great first point of call for any student issues you may be having, if they can't solve it, they will know who can! Located on Level 3 of the Shortland building, they're conveniently next to a printing station and dozens of student computers. Please note that their opening hours will vary during peak periods of semester, however generally they are open during the hours listed below (excluding public holidays)
