SSH100 is a very challenging unit, both in terms of the work required in understanding and fulfilling unit requirements and in stretching your ability to think critically and question your own beliefs. That's mainly the point of this unit, so it covers many various schools (history, gender, climate, philosophy etc.) and challenges you to argue some controversial topics in the viewpoint you normally wouldn't take. Some couldn't handle this exercise in understanding other viewpoints, at least in order to affirm your own, but I really encourage you to have an open mind.
