A very engaging unit with some interesting topics. It's nice to once in a while have a unit that actually tries to develop you as individuals. The seminars would sometimes drag on a bit and some of the activities didn't really add anything to our learning but what you get out of the unit makes it worth it.

A very interesting subject, different from most management subjects as it is not as dry and can be applied to all aspects of life even if not studying business. Great for reflecting on yourself
