I sincerely hate this unit already. The teaching team (who are not IT savvy) push you off the deep end and expect you to deliver a fully working ‘innovative’ product by week 3 (after only giving you the topic in week 1). Furthermore, I have been paired with students who don’t know how to code. The amount of homework they ask us to complete is completely unreasonable (design report, documentations, ideation, reflection) really eat up so much of my time and prevent me from working on the implementation.

The worst and most useless unit in Monash. Teaching team know nothing about IT. They are always giving a very low mark to all students

Unquestionably, the WORST unit ever. Poorly structured and the wrong/bad kind of challenging. What makes it even more abhorrent is the faculty of IT making it a compulsory subject.
