Easy subject and is quite straightforward. The exam is easy to do well in if you do a lot of practise exams as the format is basically the same.

ETX1100 does manage to provide a good theoretical understanding of statistics. However I think better explanations using more practical examples can help students relate to this subject more.

A unit that can be done with a basic grounding in maths (VCE Further). With a heavy exam weighting, keeping up with questions is important - although from 2014, the exam only covers a portion of the weeks, compared to 2013, where it covered all weeks and topics.
