The class was extremely interesting and enjoyable, and class discussions within tutorials were actually fun and felt useful, something rarely seen in other units. However assignments weren't made clear enough in within criteria and what was expected.

This was a great history unit. The course was interesting and covered great subject areas, focussing on political ideologies and movements that shaped the 20th century. The course materials were useful and interesting and the staff were knowledgeable and passionate. The criteria for the assignments could have been made clearer to students but overall would recommend this unit to anyone wanting an entry level history unit that is engaging and academically rigorous.
