Really interesting unit and Shane is amazing and really approachable. Assignment is quite straight forward and exam is open book.

This is an excellent unit; the material is practical and the textbook is easy to read. Smaller assignments prepares you for the exam, which is open book!

An engaging unit. It is pretty hard to go wrong if you keep up with the reading and highlight as you go in preparation for the exam. As this unit is an open book exam it is not to difficult however, manage your time well in the exam or you will run out of minutes.

PSY1101 is a great introductory unit to the world of psychology, giving a great insight into the vast areas of research and channels for future studies. The unit was engaging throughout the semester, and content was simple to follow. The assignment was broken into pieces, and focuses more on the correct referencing and research skills that are built upon in future units. Like any subject, it requires attendance and if you have any concerns be sure to raise it with your lecturer or seek a tutor.

Unit lecturers were interesting and engaging. There was lots of information to learn but presented in a manageable way. Great unit!

Was a really great class -- learned so much and felt engaged and interested. The assignments were challenging but well worth it! :)
