Great unit

I think this course could be replaced with a subject that is more hands on, it is very similar to classroom management. A counselling/ psychology unit would be invaluable as the teacher continually guides students and acts as a role model, this would help teachers develop these qualities, I think this is especially important for teachers that don't have their own children relate better to there students.
