Just completed this unit as part of the PA and Health major. Did not enjoy the assessment tasks (little help provided and very tedious) and didn't feel the unit added anything new already learnt from previous units except a theory. Also did not reflect the unit description at all (has been changed for 2016) - was very much looking forward to learning HOW PA contributed to particular chronic health conditions... Quite disappointed overall
