One of the subjects that makes you wonder why you signed up to Uni. Boring lectures of rambling, a text book written by the lecturer and assessments largely unrelated to teachings and outcomes.

Great subject, interesting and relevant content. Anthony Chan is tough but fair. Tip: before you ask a question, make sure you look everywhere you can for an answer first. He is very active on the discussion boards, and replies quickly. Loved this course!

Excellent subject, Core softskills taught that all ITC professionals need to have. Teacher A.Chan was great!

Good subject to introduce writing skills needed for future subjects. Lot of content to cover. Must not allow oneself to fall behind
