Abi is a great lecturer - he has a passion for Haematology. As someone who has been working in Haematology labs for many years I can say that this subject accurately and engagingly covers the basics of Haematology that every laboratory scientist needs. Get swept up in Abi's enthusiasm and you will enjoy the subject. Haematology is fun.

Abi is an amazing teacher. You can tell he truly loves what he teaches. "Platelets are super cute" is one of his go to phrases, he could talk about it forever. Honestly, the first practical class was hard as there was so much to get done, but afterwards they are great. You need to engage or he won't assist you, which cane annoying but he wants you to deduce the answers yourself and not just give them to you. Don't be scared of the blood film examination, it is easier than you will think but still pushes your knowledge.

Reza is very knowledgable, organised & enthusiastic - it's a shame he has a very lulling voice that I found hard to stay awake for lectures listening to them at home as a DE student. Text was very helpful. An overall enjoyable subject.
