Really interesting subject, however quite intense if you can't handle gory details of crime.

Really Interesting subject. Detailed and demanding yet the content is enjoyable.

Lecturers were great. Junior Barrister that took tuts was a bit of a waste of time, but everything else was great

Each crime has elements without which there could be no crime committed. Those elments would either be actus reus or mens rea. The interaction between statute law ans case law is high. Focus on understanding the elements of the crime and know the case/statute law that governs it.

Really interesting subject, valuable lectures, but overwhelming and unnecessary amount of cases, and higher expectations and standards than all other subjects, making it harder to succeed.
