I really enjoyed how this unit applied the combined knowledge from physiology (EXSC198), biomechanics (EXSC120) and anatomy (ANAT100) into the understanding of how the body works in action and processes that occur during movement. As an athlete that loves the gym this subject made so much sense to me.
