You won't get anything as cleverly designed or interactive as this course. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a fresh new way of learning psychology through the body. Vero (our teacher) did a very good job with designing and teaching this course in 2026. She brought an energy to every workshop that would leave me smiling and wanting to learn more. She even hosted her own podcast episodes as a teaching resource. I hope other courses go on to adopt a similar creative and dynamic teaching philosophy.
