Mate, ELEC3004 at UQ is an absolute stitch-up for eng students. The lectures are completely cooked. just wall-to-wall maths!!! I barely learned any actual engineering. it felt more like I was doing a straight maths degree just grinding through endless series and matrices. The lecture slides are dry as. You can see some are merged from multiple different sources. They make zero intuitive sense, even if you can technically read the words. The exam is fine if you just rote-learn the past papers mechanically to scrape a pass, but the content is bloody useless for the real world. Absolutely hated the course. They seriously need to turf the current lecturers and get someone in who actually knows how to teach.
